Location

The competition will be held in the DTU Library, building 101, on Lyngby campus. The track will be available for test drives starting from 11^th of April.

For teams outside DTU, access to the library can be done by contacting the library desk from 11^th of April to receive a guest card. The cards must be returned no later than the day of the final.

Tables with access to 230 V power supply will be made available (pit places). Due to space considerations, not everyone can expect to get a table for the qualification round. For the final round, every finalist team will have a table available for them.

Prizes

There are several prizes awarded in the DTU RoboCup competition, some of which are not based on scoring points on the track.

In addition to the prizes, money is awarded for each point obtained in the best of the two runs during the final day's competition (100 DKK per point). However, there is a limited pool of 15000 DKK. If (against expectations) more points have been obtained than this amount can cover, the amount of money per point will be adjusted accordingly.

The prize money will be transferred after the competition to the contact person who registered the team in the competition. It is the duty of the contact person to distribute the money equally among the team members.

Best video contest

The video must be short, approx. 3 minutes long. You can tell for example how you built the team's robot, the ideas behind it, the challenges, funny clips or other entertaining information.

To register the contest, send the link to robocup@dtu.dk before Tuesday 22^nd of April, at 12.00. To make the video easy to find, use "DTU RoboCup 2025" and your team name as part of the title.

The winning video will be shown on the DTU RoboCup website.
